Here at Kin's Creations 205, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience and with the highest quality merchandise. If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 1 business day upon receiving your order. Please note, custom design orders/items are not returnable.

Please make sure to read the lead time BEFORE you place your order. Once custom/handmade orders are places, they can't be canceled/refunded. All supplies are placed with my suppliers within 24 hours that your order is placed. If a refund is necessary and approved by the store owner, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Kin's Creations 205 is not responsible for return shipping costs.
